1/ Slice lime into small pieces. Add the mint leaves to the bottom of a mojito glass with lime pieces and 5ml of cane sugar per glass. Crush with a muddler.
2/ Add the melon, Périgord strawberry purée, and the wine.
3/ Top up with crushed ice and stir with a cocktail spoon.
4/ Skewer alternating melon cubes and half strawberries on a cocktail stick and place as garnish on the side each glass.
5/ Serve with a straw.
