1/ Mettre des glaçons dans un verre à vin et verser le Monbazillac.

2/ Grate the fresh ginger.

Garnish : A thin slice of fresh ginger or candied ginger. A lime half moon and cherry.

Give it a twist : Add a dash of sparkling water to put a fresh spin on it!
