To be enjoyed with :

Monbazillac

1/ Muddle mint and a few lime quarters at the bottom of a glass.

2/ Fill the glass with crushed ice.

3/ Add Monbazillac wine and sparkling water.

4/ Garnish with a lemon quarter and a few mint leaves. Serve immediately.
