Vins de Bergerac et Duras

Rosé Tonique

To be enjoyed with :

Bergerac rosé | Côtes de Duras rosé

1/ Muddle a few mint and basil leaves at the bottom of the glass with a lemon quarter and brown sugar.

2/ Add wine, gin and cranberry juice.

3/ Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve cold.

  • 120ml rosé wine
  • 40ml gin
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 60ml cranberry juice
  • 1 quarter lemon
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • 1-3 basil leaves
