1/ Peel and cube pumpkin. Put in a pan and cover with water. Cook for 15 minutes and strain. Mash with a fork. Keep to one side.
2/ Add a little water to yeast. Split the vanilla pod, add to milk and heat. Preheat oven at 180°C.
3/ Mix together both flours, yeast, eggs, sugar, orange blossom water and half the milk (remove vanilla pod) in a bowl until smooth. Add pumpkin mash and remaining milk.
4/ Grease a cake tin. Pour in mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from tin.
