1/ Peel and cube the pumpkin. Place in a pan and cover with water. Cook for 15 minutes and strain. Mash with a fork. Keep to one side.
2/ Add a little water to the yeast. Split the vanilla pod, add to the milk and heat. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
3/ Mix together both flours, yeast, eggs, sugar, orange blossom water and half the milk (remove the vanilla pod) in a bowl until smooth. Add the pumpkin mash and remaining milk.
4/ Grease a cake tin. Pour in the mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the tin.
